Pages, content, integrations, revisions, delivery stages and payment are agreed in writing before paid work starts. Starting prices on this site are not a quote for every possible website.
Monthly website builds
The website payment plans run for 12 months. Hosting is included during the plan and the site transfers after 12 months, subject to the agreed terms and third-party licences. Early-exit arrangements are set out in your written agreement. The plan should not be confused with a rolling hosting subscription.

The main Flying Penguin terms cover service responsibilities, payments, intellectual property and other general conditions. Read them alongside the proposal for your project, and ask about anything that is unclear before proceeding.
