No VAT is currently charged. Domain registration, email, paid licences and work outside the agreed scope are discussed in your quote. A shop is quoted separately.

These are the details I would want to know if I were buying a website.

Pages, content & revisions
The page list, copy, images, migration work and feedback rounds are agreed in the quote. There is no assumed unlimited scope.
Monthly plan
12 payments. Small business: £44.95 × 12 = £539.40. Bespoke: from £94.95 × 12 = £1,139.40. Hosting is included during the plan. Nothing upfront.
Ownership & licences
A one-off build transfers on full payment. A monthly build transfers after 12 months. Third-party licences and Flying Penguin’s existing tools retain their own terms.
After the build
30 days of support after launch. Optional hosting from £9.95 a month. Ongoing edits, maintenance, domain renewals and paid services are agreed separately.
Early exit
The 12-month website plan has its own written agreement. Early-exit arrangements are agreed before you start.

Who is the £395 offer for?

For sole traders and registered businesses with up to 5 employees, subject to availability and eligibility. It covers a responsive website, contact forms, search-ready foundations and 30 days of support after launch. The pages, content and any additional work are agreed in your written quote. Standard builds start at £995.

What does “from” mean?

It is the starting price for that type of build. A shop, a booking system, content migration or a more involved integration can change the scope. I put the full price in writing before you commit.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is separate on a one-off build and starts at £9.95 a month if you want it. On the 12-month payment plans it is included for those 12 months. Afterwards you can keep hosting at £9.95 a month or move the site.

What happens after 12 monthly payments?

The website is yours. The content, code and designs made for it are transferred to you, subject to the agreed terms and any third-party licences. Ongoing hosting is optional.

Can I end the monthly plan early?

Early-exit arrangements are set out in your written agreement before you start. The website payment plan runs for 12 months; it is not a rolling monthly website rental.

Do you charge VAT?

No VAT is currently charged on these prices.
